Launched in 1996, Animal Planet is loved by those watchers who love animals and animal shows. "Bad Dog!" shows online videos of dogs behaving badly and their owners reactions. At the end of the show the naughtiest dog is chosen as winner. "Finding Bigfoot" is a documentary television program that has been on television since 2011.

It follows four scientists and researchers in their hunt for the cryptid known as "Bigfoot".

Comedy central is a comedy channel that started in 1991. "@midnight" is a late night program that is hosted by Chris Hardwick. It is a unique half hour program that is an improvisational game show with comedians as the contestants. "The Nightly Show with Larry Gilmore" is a panel talk show that talks about politics, religion, and other topics that it feels are important.
3. "Pawn Stars" and "Ancient Aliens"

It is basically a competition between tattooist each week with each artist trying to not be eliminated. At the end of the season the winner gets $100,000.

VH1 is a channel that has changed a lot since it started in 1985. It was originally going to be nothing but music videos, that has completely changed and they the channel offers a huge medley of choices. "Dating Naked" is a reality game show where the contestants are naked throughout the program. "Hit the Floor" is a soap opera that focuses on the cheerleaders of the fictional ball club known as the Los Angeles Devil Girls.

The channel is aimed at young adults.
7. "Cake Wars" and "Oliver's Twist"

Food Network started in 1993 and is all about...you guessed it...food! "Cake Wars" is a reality competition program in which four chefs compete to make the best cake. The winner gets $10,000. "Oliver's Twist" features chef Jamie Oliver and has the audience do the shopping and preparation of a new dish each week.

8. "Behind Mansion Walls" and "Homicide Hunter"

ID or Investigation Discovery is a true crime channel that premiered in 1996. "Behind Mansion Walls" started in 2011 tells the true stories of crimes perpetrated in the wealthy sector of society. "Homicide Hunter", also debuted in 2011 and explores the cases of real-life retired Homicide Detective Joe Kenda who worked for the Colorado Springs Police Department for 19 years.

BET launched in 1983 and is focused at the minority population in the U.S. "Nellyville" is a reality television series that focuses on the daily life of Nelly, the American rapper, and his family. "Sunday Best" is a musical competition show that features Gospel music. This program was hosted by Kirk Franklin.
10. "Shark Week" and "Mythbusters"

Discovery Channel was founded in 1982 and has been a popular channel ever since. When this channel first started operating it featured science, history, and technology, but has now expanded itself into many fields of interest. In "Mythbusters", two special effects experts attempt to prove or disprove common rumors and beliefs. "Shark Week" is a yearly program that features programs about sharks 24 hours a day for a week.
