'Anachronism' means something or someone outside of its own place and time.
2. As of 2002 (or AS XXXXVI), how many Kingdoms comprised the known world of the SCA?

Answer: 19

The 19 Kingdoms of the known world cover all of North America, Japan, all of Europe, Africa, Australia, and the Middle East.
3. Duct tape is generally accepted as "Period". True or false?

Answer: true

Duct tape is used to mend armor, and pad weapons so that they are safer in combat.

Answer: garb

All people attending an SCA event must make an attempt at wearing clothing of the middle ages or renaissance periods. Many long term members joke that they own more "Garb" than modern clothing.

Examples of use: "In my mundane life I am a plumber" or "My mundane name is Jane". Also used to refer to people not in the SCA, such as: "Look at those mundane people over there".

Answer: Western Pennsylvania

The Pennsic war is the largest anual event held in the SCA. It lasts two weeks, and is a battle between the East and Middle Kingdoms.

Answer: Marshal

The Marshal must approve all weapons and armor before combat, and also oversees the combat itself.

Answer: The highest authority at an event

The autocrat is the person in charge of a given event.
