Would put my money on both Spain and Portugal progressing....certainly can't see Iran upsetting Portugal (with, or without, Ronaldo). Argentina v Croatia is interesting.......both on form then I would go for Argentina to win....but a lack lustre display against at workmanlike Croatia..........??? No it hadn't moved, little brain was convinced it was under "General" and not "Sports".....well it WAS before breakfast and brain was asleep even if body awake! Good game Denmark v Australia.........now that is how the game SHOULD be played, little "play acting, fall as if pole axed" after every tackle, few "cynical fouls", just honest endevour IMO.........well done both teams. Australia totally dominated Denmark in the second half, the Danes didn't have a clue how to cope with it all. 16 crosses to 8, tons of possession, but lack of touch up front. Tim Cahill could very well have made the difference and once again the decision not to bring him on as substitute has all the pundits here scratching their heads in bewilderment.
