Not surprised Joe...........pretty damn near fell asleep too! Not QUITE as boring as the earlier France v Denmark 0-0 draw..........but runs it close! Not a good advert for Danish football, as arguably the two most boring matches so far, have both featured Denmark. I didn’t think that Denmark vs Croatia game was particularly boring! I love to see contrasting styles and Denmark’s direct style was refreshing to see. Great to see Huddersfield Town player, Zanka, both start the game and score for the Danes too! He also gave away the penalty towards the end but I suppose he didn’t have any choice. Still think he should have walked for that even if the rules have been changed. He denied a certain goal and in return Croatia got a 70-80% chance of a goal. But great to see a Town player so heavily involved in a World Cup game. I think Croatia will make the final now they have negotiated that game. If I find a game is getting a bit boring, which it can do if there's a stalemate and nobody seems to get a shot at goal for ages, I do something else at the same time, like doing the ironing in front of the TV or playing some fun trivia games while listening to the TV or sometimes I pause the TV and then skip through the game a bit faster. William with a good second half, Neymar with a goal and a assistance was the best player of the game, before the second goal I chose to Ochoa with many saves against Neimar, coutinho and William. Mexico did, I think, play well.........unfortunately for Eddy, Brazil played better. When Brazil are on song, it is difficult to think of any team that is likely to beat them. I'd rate Mexico as one of the Top 10 teams in the world, but Brazil when they "click" are arguably THE best team. It is difficult to see who is going to stop them chalking up another World Cup. Half Time: Belgium 0 Japan 0..............entertaining game so far, not quite sure how Belgium managed to reach half time without being at least 3-0 ahead (or maybe 3-1).......but chances went begging.
