Channel surfing breakfast tv. It's comical listening to these Aussie presenters discussing the results. Typical analysis: MALE PRESENTER: "Penalty shootouts are not fair." FEMALE PRESENTER: "Yes I agree and the players from that team that played Russia shouldn't have celebrated like they did, it's not nice to celebrate like that while the other team loses." HOST: "Thanks to the both of you for your expert analysis. Over to you Frank for the latest news on the Aussie triumph in The World Trampolining Championships. Croatia start with a disadvantage in the physical they need two extra time games, and many players look very tired. But win in this form increase the confidence in your goalkeeper, and you play with two options to win...win or tie and win in the penalty shoutout... Well said Gil. It just bugs me that they have to pander to the football illiterate who aren't bright enough to notice the presenters are mediocre at the best of times. And it bugs me even more when they try to work an Aussie angle into every news item.
