I liked so much a win for Belgium It's a great team, with technica, tactical, speed, aggressively, with many excellent players, I liked how their play against the bad result(as against Japan) Europe will win world cup and it's the fourth straight...Italy, Spain, Germany and the winner in Russia 2018. I try not to be too hopeful, then I'm not disappointed. Even if they don't succeed I think they've done well this time. They've really played as a team, worked hard and kept their morale up. I think they have the will to succeed but there are so many factors at play. No one would have expected Messi, Ronaldo, Suarez, Neymar and Germany to be out at this stage. Mixy............the same! Situated about 10 miles South-West of Colchester. Sectant, don't think so...........this one is a small town in Essex, at mouth of River Blackwater and btw, one of my all time favourite places.......there is a haunting beauty to the estuary mud flats at low tide IMO. Me too Mixy............I shall watch the game, but can do without watching/listening to the "expert opinion" of whomsoever gets on TV. Watching re-runs of every England game since around 1966, etc., etc................in other words "The Media Hype". ..................and another thing............I can SEE what is going on with the match, I don't need, or want, inane burbling of a commentator to tell me! signed "Grumpy Old Man", England. I was at university in Essex, and as it happens, that's where my mother was from. One of my uncles lived on Maldon Road in Colchester but I remember him more for loading up my "hungry student" car with apples - he worked on a fruit farm to eke out his pension. Maldon is where the best sea salt in the world comes from. I'm watching the match from behind the sofa. What if I watch and they lose? What if I watch and they... aargh! :) Reply #598.
