Answer: A unique, debuting cast

Finn O' Leary, Billy Handsome, Albert "Weasel" Arlington and Salvatore de Luca make up the map's four playable characters. The former is notable, as he was voiced by the late legend Michael Madsen, whose voice truly brought the character to life in this experience.

Answer: All player characters begin the game dead

Whether solo, the maximum of four players or in between, everyone begins the game already being dead. Each player will spawn in the center of the spawn room, already in the bleed out state.

This entire sequence isn't the developers deciding to be extra punishing, but rather it is a way to introduce this map's Afterlife mechanic.

Answer: Accessing perks

All perks, by default, begin the game unpowered. To power them, a player must enter Afterlife mode and use their ghostly self to electrocute a given machine, powering it up.

The Mystery Box and wall buy weapons can be freely accessed without the need of Afterlife, as can the Hell's Retriever.

Answer: Blundergat

The Blundergat is a beast to behold. This is a four barreled weapon containing two round magazines, to give you an idea. The sound effects and graphic content of the weapon are viscerally incredible. The performance is definitely there too, as the Blundergat is unsurprisingly the strongest weapon in terms of pure damage to exist on this map.

Uniquely, the Blundergat has two different ways it can be upgraded. The first is through traditional Pack-a-Punch. Simply inserting the Blundergat into the machine will produce The Sweeper, which is basically just a souped up Blundergat. Hard to complain about that!

However, the second method to upgrade the Blundergat is a bit more complicated, but the juice is doubtlessly worth the squeeze. The player can construct the Acid Gat Kit and use it to turn the Blundergat into the Acidgat. They can then take the Acidgat to Pack-a-Punch and turn it into the Vitriolic Withering.

The Vitriolic Withering differs from The Sweeper in one massive way. While direct body shots can blow apart a zombie just fine, the VW can also fire a pool of poison into the ground which will immediately lure over any zombies to its location and kill them easily. That gives the VW lethality and precious utility, easily making it superior to The Sweeper.

Answer: Emit a protective shockwave around them

The strength of the shockwave is determined by how many bullets were missing in the weapons magazine prior to reloading. If the player empties their entire magazine and reloads, the shockwave reaches its peak damage potential. At its peak, the shockwave will one-shot a normal zombie until round 15. Even afterward, the shockwave stuns zombies in place for several seconds, giving the player room to reposition.

Due to how the damage output of the shockwave works, this perk is at its best when used with weapons that have smaller magazines. For example, the RPG-7 is a break action weapon. This means it can only be fired once before needing to be reloaded, effectively giving it a one round "magazine" and letting it seamlessly abuse Electric Cherry to its max.

Answer: Johnny Cash

Johnny Cash's "Rusty Cage" can be accessed on this map. This song is accessed simply by locating three bottles with a green colored liquid inside them across the map and interacting with them. One is found in the library on a bookshelf, another in the infirmary and the final one on the docks, hidden behind a large wooden crate.

Answer: Absolutely nothing

On loading in, the player will be in Afterlife mode. The player can only ever be in Afterlife mode for a maximum of one full minute. If they attempt to persist, normally, they will be kicked out of Afterlife mode and be rendered bleeding out.

However, the very first Afterlife mode at the very beginning of the game works differently. Instead of render the player bleeding out, if the player does not leave the first Afterlife mode in time, it will end the game immediately. Bizarrely yet, it will also grant access to the secret ending. The secret ending will give a unique "game over" menu screen and soundtrack which both last about ten seconds.

This ending, while simple in nature, is actually extremely confusing to think about in terms of how it relates to the game's overall lore. It begs the question: since the characters are trapped in purgatory and can never truly die, how does this one death factor into the story? In theory, shouldn't the game just persist even if the player 'dies' in Afterlife mode?

We will likely never get an answer to that question, sadly.

Answer: Stanley Ferguson

The identity isn't clear until the Warden explictly demands the gang tells him "why did you kill me?" late in the quest. Signs that the Warden is Ferguson had popped up during the Easter Egg Main Quest, but this confirmed it; Ferguson is the only person actually killed in the opening cutscene of the map, and he is killed by Weasel at that.

Funnily enough, this would later be retconned in "Black Ops 4" and the Warden's identity became Brutus in that game. However, here, the Warden is Stanley Ferguson, a man who is killed in the early cutscene of the map.

Answer: The fourth player

The 'boss fight' is essentially whoever is playing as Finn, Billy and Sal versus whoever is playing as Weasel. The Weasel player receives a massive buff to their health bar. As well, zombies will spawn in, but they will completely ignore the Weasel player and will only go for the other three. Finally, the Weasel player will be able to see the other three's body outlines through walls.

Answer: Bad

The 'good' ending is only achieved if the Weasel player manages to defeat the other three players. This results in the cycle being broken, which is definitely far better than the cycle being continue should Weasel fall to the other three.

Of course, if a group of four is trying to eventually get both endings, they can easily just doctor the outcome so that one side or the other wins.
