Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Allows you to access Rosalina

Answer: World Star

The second level of World Star (Star-2, go figure) is Super Galaxy, and it should become clear with all the Lumas floating around that it's bringing Mario right back to where he was in "Super Mario Galaxy" (Wii). The level might be a tricky one, especially when thinking about getting those Green Stars and Stamp, but coming to the Goal Pole will reveal an unexpected guest, Rosalina, who will join your playable character roster when you finish.
2. Introduces Octoombas as foes

Answer: World Star

While "Super Mario 3D World" has a number of Goomba foes (some of which even leap around like cats-- must be a theme), the Octoomba never really made a return appearance from the "Super Mario Galaxy" games on the Wii. They finally return in World Star-2, which coincidentally bears a "Galaxy" theme.

They're more resilient in this game though. Mario can't simply jump on these cannonball-firing foes to defeat them; he'll have to ground pound. They reappear in World Mushroom and World Crown.
3. Contains The Great Goal Pole

Answer: World Star

World Star-4, The Great Goal Pole, is something quite new in the "Mario" realm because it's a stage that only ends when you're able to catch the end. Although the level starts innocently enough with a Goal Pole right within reach, it turns out that the finish is actually mobile, and will flutter along a dangerous course until the point at which you can grab on and collect your completion.

This can be done before any formal end-- you just need to be quick enough to do it.
4. Contains no Stamps

Answer: World Mushroom

Although nearly all other main levels in the game contain Stamps, which players could use to communicate to each other with on using the Wii U's online services, World Mushroom doesn't feature a single one; they reappear in levels starting in World Crown. All seven levels found in this World do, however, contain the requisite Green Stars to collect across formerly-played stages, each with their own new twists.
5. Has a level with a 30-second time limit

Answer: World Mushroom

The level in question is World Mushroom-1, Night Falls on Really Rolling Hills, which takes on the former level of Really Rolling Hills as found in World 2 and forces you to beat it really, really fast. Don't worry-- you don't only get 30-seconds. Throughout the level you can collect additional time in 10-second increments, and provided you're collecting enough of these along the way, you'll be abl to make it through the different segments and to the Goal Pole with ease.
6. Contains a Mystery House

Answer: World Mushroom

Although World Crown has one as well, World Mushroom features the Mystery House Brawl, which pits Mario against ten rooms of difficult foes that he must overcome. For each of these trials, he'll collect a green Star.

The last of these in the game appears in World Crown. Called the Mystery House Marathon, it contains THIRTY! trials, each with a Green Star, each a more difficult version of a past Mystery House room.
7. Not accessed by hopping into the Sprixie Rocket

Answer: World Flower

Though the Sprixie Rocket will take you up to World Star and onward to World Mushroom, neither that nor a glass pipe is necessary to jump the gap at the end of World Mushroom to access World Flower, the third of four bonus Worlds. Finishing Broken Blue Bully Belt, a remix of a former World Castle stage (Boiling Blue Bully Belt), will unlock the path and send you into a whole other World of more difficult past encounters.
8. Contains the most levels

Answer: World Flower

World Flower contains twelve main levels which makes it not only the fullest World in this game, but one of the more level-heavy Worlds of any "Mario" series game using a level/map system. The twelve levels featured in this World are, like World Mushroom, levels previously seen in earlier Worlds, but with new time limits, enemies, and twists to make them more difficult, so even if you did well on them the first time, it's a whole new set the second go-through.
9. Features a rematch against Boom Boom

Answer: World Flower

World Flower actually features rematches against most of the game's non-Bowser bosses, with King Ka-thunk, Pom Pom, both Hisstocrats, Boss Brolder, Boom Boom, and Motley Bossblob all making their return in the World's final level, Boss Blitz. Completing this level opens up the path to World Crown and the finale of the game altogether. Fortunately, these are all foes that you've faced in the past at this point.
10. Requires Golden Goal Poles to unlock

Answer: World Crown

The last World of the game, World Crown, may be the smallest but it's also the most exclusive, and the only way to catch a Sprixie Rocket there is by collecting not only every Green Star and every Stamp, but by getting a Gold Flag from every Goal Pole in the game, so this is a task only achievable by the absolute completionist gamer. There are more of each of these items in World Crown, just to cap off your total in full.

Oh yeah, and to get all the Stamps, you need to finish each level as each character-- all five of 'em.
11. Features Plessie

Answer: World Crown

Plessie also appears in World Star (Rainbow Run) at the start of the string of bonus Worlds, but if you overlook this one, she only reappears at the end of the game in Champion's Run, one of the last levels. Appearing in a handful of other stages of the game, Plessie has to be ridden and navigated by Mario in dangerous downhill tracks, sometimes to collect important items, in order to reach a later part of the level or a Goal Pole.

She reappears more substantially, and with more powers, in "Bowser's Fury".
12. Contains Captain Toad

Answer: World Crown

Although World Star also contains the Captain Toad Takes a Spin level, World Crown caps off the intrepid adventurer's levels with Captain Toad's Fiery Finale, a level that contains a final five Green Stars for the character and the only instance in the game where Captain Toad can claim a Stamp. Though all Captain Toad levels contain pitfalls and enemies themed around a specific environment, this last one is the only one to contain rising and lowering lava, making timing all the more important.
