Back in the 'seventies the manager at "The Fox and Goose" in Ward End, Birmingham was in dispute with the draymen; so much so that they refused to deliver to that establishment. For the best part of a year, "The Fox and Goose" really was "A Pub with No Beer"!

When I was a young man, my girl and I would often be in different pubs; I'd be in "The Queen's Head" and she'd be in the milkman's arms! hmmm.
3. Debar Limo

Answer: The Barley Mow

"The Barley Mow" is an extremely common British pub name. An example can be found in Jerome K Jerome's book "Three Men in a Boat".
4. Dare oil yolk

Answer: The Royal Oak

"The Royal Oak" sign often depicts the future King Charles II hiding in a tree. He escaped capture after the Battle of Worcester by hiding in an oak tree at Boscobel near Wolverhampton.

"The George and Dragon" is a reference to the patron saint of England, St George. So legend has it, he was a bit useful at slaying evil fire-breathing dragons. I wish he'd been around when I got back from my pub-crawl! (Only joking Mutchi).
