Answer: Millard Fillmore

Fillmore is the county seat for Millard County (and former capital of Utah).
St. George is the county seat for Washington County (but Washington wasn't the 13th president). Panguich is the county seat for Garfield County.
There is no Taylor county in Utah.
2. If you were at standing at the Four Corners National Monument, the county in Utah you would be in is also the largest county in the state and is named for a river that flows into the Colorado River. Which county is it?

Answer: San Juan

San Juan County is in southwest Utah. Its county seat is Monticello. It is also home to Rainbow Bridge National Monument, and is part of Canyonlands National Park.

Carbon County is home to many coal mines. Price is its county seat.

The area has been called Castle Country, due to the many land formations caused by erosion over the years. The area is great for ATVs, hiking, and photography.

Answer: Grand

In 1921, the State of Colorado petitioned to have the name of that part of the river changed. Moab, the county seat of Grand County, is a major tourist destination. Outdoor enthusiasts will find plenty of hiking, biking, rafting, and sightseeing in the area.
