The Egyptians were skilled architects, artists, masons, chefs, craftsmen, weavers, doctors and dentists. Around 3000 B.C., the Egyptians are known to have been skilled dentists and drill teeth.
7. How old was Amenhotep IV when he became a pharaoh?

Answer: 18

Amenhotep IV was the son of Amenhotep III. He was about 18 years old when he became a pharaoh. He ruled between 1352-1336 B.C. and changed the whole Egypt. He started preaching monotheism (it meant that everyone had to worship his personal god, Aton) and changed the art of Egypt. All the paintings in the temples were modified.

They only showed him and his family praying to Aton. He also changed his name from Amenhotep IV to Akhenaten.
8. How many sons did Queen Tiye have by Amenhotep III?

Answer: two

Queen Tiye and Amenhotep III (father of Amenhotep/Akhenaten) had six kids: four daughters and two sons. The two sons were Thutmosis and Amenhotep (Akhenaten). Amenhotep III ruled between 1390-1352 B.C.

Answer: gold

This shows that the Egyptians were skilled goldsmiths. The cobra and the vulture are displayed on his forehead, as symbols of protection. Tutankhamun ruled Egypt between 1334 to 1325 B.C. It all started in the year 1917: Howard Carter was a monuments' inspector who went to Egypt in search of Tutankhamun's tomb and started looking for Tutankhamun's grave in the Valley of the Kings.

He dug for a while, but could not find anything. They were almost about to give up hope when on 4th November, 1922, his tomb was found. And believe it or not, his tomb was full of masterpieces of pure gold!
10. Which organ of the human body was very important to the ancient Egyptians?

Answer: Heart

That was the only organ of the body that was not removed while mummifying, because they believed that after you died, it was your heart that was weighed against a feather to reveal your character.
