While Leigh choked, she saw that the dashboard lights had become eyes and knew that Christine was alive.

From Dennis' guessing, Christine had gone to the Cunninghams' before going to the garage. Michael had seen Christine at his home and had decided to just sit behind the wheel. Christine had left for Darnell's with Michael trapped inside and he had died from carbon monoxide fumes, according to his complexion.

After Arnie and Regina died in an automobile accident, Leigh and Dennis only dated for about two years before going their separate ways. "Is she?" Dennis asked.
