Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. "You've got serious thrill issues, dude."

Answer: Finding Nemo

*Very* cute movie. Crush the sea turtle says this to Marlon about his "Takin' on the jellies!" while they ride the E.A.C.
2. "The fact that you stopped it from falling doesn't mean it wasn't going to fall."

Answer: Minority Report

Very interesting movie. First time Tom Cruise worked with Steven Spielberg. I think it came out quite well. This line was said by John Anderton (Cruise) to Danny Witwer (Colin Farrell) after he caught a ball that was falling.
3. "I don't own a gun. My ancestors were quakers."

Answer: Miss Congeniality

Very, very good movie. Sandra Bullock is a great actress. This line was said by Stan Fields (William Shatner) after Kathy Morningside (Candice Bergen) explains that everyone in Texas has a gun.
4. "Oh, good. My dog found the chainsaw."

Answer: Lilo and Stitch

One of the best animated movies I've seen in a long time. Very original and very funny. This line was spoken by Lilo on the phone with the social worker after explaining that aliens were attacking her house.
5. "You lost your money. You keep this up you're gonna lose something else."

Answer: X-Men

Very good movie. I'm very suspicious of anything based on a comic book, but this one was very well done. I love Hugh Jackman. This line was spoken by Wolverine (Jackman) to a man he fought in the bar after the man approached Wolverine and demanded money.
6. "Don't *ever* risk your life for an asset. If it comes down to you or them... send flowers."

Answer: Spy Game

Good movie. I love Robert Redford and I love Brad Pitt and I think they did very well together. This line was a bit of advice given by Nathan Muir (Redford) to Tom Bishop (Pitt) about Elizabeth Hadley.
7. W: "You didn't beat me. You ignored the rules of engagement. In a fair fight, I'd kill you." J: "That's not much incentive for me to fight fair, then, is it?"

Answer: Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl

My all time favorite. You may have noticed that a quote from this movie showed up in my last quiz as well. I just love Johnny Depp's character. He was so funny and so amazing. This dialogue was passed between Will (Orlando Bloom) and Jack Sparrow (Depp). Will draws his sword on Jack after Jack tells him Bill Turner was a pirate. Jack tells him to put it away, it wasn't worth him getting beat again.
8. "Reading? I didn't know you could read."

Answer: Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets

The "Harry Potter" movies are all right, but don't do the books justice at all. But you can tell that the kids who play these characters have improved a lot since the first "Harry Potter". Malfoy says this line to Harry, who is disguised as Goyle, after Harry quickly removes his glasses and explains that they are for reading.
9. "I hope you were the groom."

Answer: Ocean's 11

Great movie. George Clooney, Brad Pitt, and Matt Damon all in one movie. What girl could ask for anything more? This line was said by Rusty (Pitt) to Danny Ocean (Clooney) at the end when Danny walks out of prison in a tuxedo.
10. "What a plan! Simple, yet insane!"

Answer: Monsters Inc.

Good movie. Very original. This line is spoken by Mike after Sulley explains what the plan is for getting Boo home.
11. "Well isn't this place a geographical oddity. Two weeks from everywhere."

Answer: O Brother, Where Art Thou?

Good movie. Weird movie, but good. George Clooney is hilarious. This line was said by Ulysses Everett McGill (Clooney) to a man in a store who told him it would be two weeks to get the car parts they needed and two weeks to get his Dapper Dan hair jelly.
12. R: "You still got your boots, have you, cowboy?" C: "Roger. They were tied on."

Answer: Behind Enemy Lines

Good movie. I love Owen Wilson. This conversation was between Admiral Reigart (Gene Hackman) and Chris Burnett (Owen Wilson) over a radio after Burnett's plane was shot down and his partner killed.
13. "Interesting question, actually. Yes, but at the same time a huge resounding no. It's more of an involuntary vow of poverty, really."

Answer: A Knight's Tale

Another movie with some great lines, and was also in my last quiz. This line was said by Chaucer (Paul Bettany) after William (Heath Ledger), upon meeting him for the first time, asked him if he had been robbed.
14. "Thank you for participating in our drill. Had this been an actual emergency, y'all would have been *eaten* 'cause you don't listen!"

Answer: Men in Black 2

Wasn't the best sequel I've ever seen, but I didn't really expect it to be. There were some funny parts, though. This line was said by J (Will Smith) to the New York crowd in the subway station as he was in the process of modifying their memories.
15. "You know, a couple of years ago, this would have seemed very strange to me."

Answer: The Mummy Returns

Has anyone noticed all the sequels they're coming out with these days? This one was all right, though it was a lot like "The Mummy" all over again. This line was said by Rick (Brendan Fraser) in the museum after winessing Imhotep's ressurection.
