Answer: Black Magic Woman

"Black Magic Woman" was written by Peter Green for Fleetwood Mac. It first appeared as a single and in 1969 appeared on their album "English Rose". Santana covered it in 1970 and since then it has been done by various others, including the ex-Thin Lizzy guitarist, Snowy White.

Answer: Brown Eyed Girl

"Brown Eyed Girl" was written by Van Morrison and was released in June 1967 and became an instant hit. According to Morrison, the Romantic poets were an influence in this song.

Something interesting I found while researching this song, was that is was originally meant to be called "Brown-Skinned Girl" which Morrison said was a mistake. Well, mistake or not, "Brown Eyed Girl" is a BIG favourite of mine :)

Answer: Goodbye Yellow Brickle Road

"Goodbye Yellow Brickle Road" was created in honour of Elton John and to commemorate Elton John's first concert in Vermont which is also the home of the ice cream makers. The ice cream contained chocolate ice cream, butter brickle, white chocolate pieces and peanut butter biscuit dough. I could do with some now :)
