They all played for Maiden at some point. Thunderstick and Ron played during the pre-recording days, and Nicko took over for Clive during the "Number of the Beast" tour.

Eddie, Iron Maiden's mascot, has made appearances in every concert since the early days. He has walked on stage during various songs over the years, fighting with diffrent band members. Since the mid- 1980's, when the band plays their theme song, "Iron Maiden", a huge stage-dwarfing Eddie reflecting the current album tour emerges.
