Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. "Bump n' Grind"

Answer: R Kelly

Best known by his stage name R Kelly, singer-songwriter Robert Sylvester Kelly was born on 8th January 1967 in Chicago, Illinois. His 1994 single "Bump n' Grind" plays right at the start of the movie as the Universal logo appears and continues as we see a framed picture of Jim and Michelle's wedding, and the camera pans round a bedroom that looks like it is playing host to some marital fun! However as the camera pans up the heavily shaking bed, we see that the truth is somewhat different as we see Jim (played by Jason Biggs) on his laptop, whilst Michelle (played by Alyson Hannigan) is trying to bounce their young son Evan to sleep.
2. "Everybody Talks"

Answer: Neon Trees

American rock band Neon Trees were formed in 2005 in Provo, Utah. The band's commercial breakthrough came with the release of their debut album "Habits" in 2010, however it is the lead single from the band's second album "Picture Show" that plays in the movie. "Everybody Talks" plays as the title of the movie is shown, and then we see an establishing shot of the city of Chicago, where Jim and Michelle live. We then see Jim in his office looking at an article by Dr. Phil entitled "Is Your Marriage In A Sexual Rut?" before he takes a call from his old school pal Kevin (played by Thomas Ian Nicholas) about the forthcoming East Great Falls Class of 1999 Reunion.
3. "Wannamama"

Answer: Pop Levi

English singer and multi-instrumentalist Pop Levi was born Jonathan James Mark Levi on 22nd September 1977 in Surrey, England. Although not released as a single, the song "Wannamama" features on his second album, "Never Never Love", which was released in 2008.

The song plays as we see a smartly suited Stifler (played by Seann William Scott) walking through a plush office being his usual confident and brash self, and entering a swanky office, apparently now an important businessman. However we soon learn that truth, as the real owner of the office, Stifler's boss Mr. Duraiswamy (played by Vik Sahay), comes in and berates Stifler, saying "I don't pay you to think. You are a temp".
4. "Na Na Na (Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na)"

Answer: My Chemical Romance

Often abbreviated as MCR, emo rock band My Chemical Romance were formed in Newark, New Jersey in 2001. Their 2010 single "Na Na Na (Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na)" was the first single released from their fourth studio album "Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys".

It plays as Stifler destroys the jetskis of AJ (played by Charles Hittinger) and his friends as payback after they stole bikini tops from women on the beach as a prank. Stifler had used ropes to attach the jetskis to his pickup truck, and, after leaving the young guns a little something in their beer cooler, he drives off at speed dragging the jetskis behind him.
5. "You Make Me Feel..."

Answer: Cobra Starship featuring Sabi

Created by the bassist and singer of American pop punk band Midtown, Gabe Saporta, Cobra Starship were a dance-pop band that were active between 2006 and 2015. The band teamed up with Salvadorian singer-songwriter Sabi (real name Jenice Dena Portlock) on the 2011 single "You Make Me Feel...".

The song plays as we see the "Class of 99ers" go to a night time party at the falls (which holds many special memories for the friends), which gives them a reality check on their ages and stage of life as the party-goers all seem very young.

As Jim points out "It looks like a high school party". Of course, Stifler doesn't seem to mind!
6. "Wannabe"

Answer: Spice Girls

The best-selling girl group of all-time, the Spice Girls were created in 1994 via a campaign by Bob and Chris Herbert of Heart Management to form a girl group to rival the successful boy bands of the time. Their debut single "Wannabe", which was a worldwide number one smash hit, plays on Jim's car stereo as Jim drives a somewhat inebriated Kara (played by Ali Cobrin) home from the party at the falls. Kara exclaims "I love this song! Isn't classic rock the best!", which gives Jim another reality check on his stage of life. Kara then professes that she has always had a crush on Jim, who used to babysit her when they were both younger, and says that she wants him to be her first, causing Jim to go into a very grown up "You should save yourself for someone special" speech.

The song plays as we see Jim, Kevin, Oz (played by Chris Klein) and Finch (played by Eddie Kaye Thomas) go to Stifler's office to apologies for being unkind to him at his house party when they said that they hadn't invited him to the reunion as they knew he would find a way to mess things up, and that he was so trapped in the past by wanting things to be like they used to be when they were at high school.
9. "My Own Worst Enemy"

Answer: Lit

American rock band Lit were formed in Fullerton, California in 1988.
