Answer: Brothers Johnson

Brothers Louis and George Johnson were a successful R&B group that hailed from Los Angeles. Quincy Jones produced several of their records including the hit songs "Strawberry Letter 23" and "I'll Be Good To You".
2. "Celebration"

Answer: Kool and the Gang

So many hit songs for the band from Jersey City, NJ. Formed in 1964 by Ronald and Robert Bell. They released their debut album in 1970 and some of their hits include "Hollywood Swinging", "Ladies' Night" and my favorite "Tonight".
3. "Borderline"

Answer: Madonna

This song was Madonna's first Top Ten song on The Billboard Hot 100. From her self-titled LP the song was released in February 1984 and peaked at Number Ten in June. Time magazine rated "Borderline" one of the top 100 songs of all-time.
4. "Getaway"

Answer: Earth, Wind and Fire

This song by EW&F spent two weeks at the top of the R&B Soul Singles chart in October 1976. Earth, Wind and Fire was started in Chicago by Maurice White around 1969. They have had so many hits over the years like "Shining Star", "Fantasy" and "Boogie Wonderland". VH1 called them one of the greatest bands ever.
5. "Rapture"

Answer: Blondie

Blondie was formed in 1974 by Deborah Harry, Chris Stein and Ivan Kehl. "Rapture" hit the number one spot on both the Billboard Hot 100 and the Billboard US Dance Club Songs charts in 1981.
6. "Souvenirs"

Answer: Voyage

Voyage was a French disco group formed in 1977 with Sylvia Mason-James on lead vocals. The song "Souvenirs" only went as high as number 41 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1979 but their self-titled debut album went all the way to number one on the album chart.
7. "Copacabana"

Answer: Barry Manilow

"Copacabana" was written by Barry Manilow, Bruce Sussman and Jack Feldman and released in 1978. The song would only go as high as number eight on the Billboard Hot 100 chart but the song would earn Manilow a Grammy award for Best Male Pop Vocal performance.
8. "Mandolay"

Answer: LaFlavour

LaFlavour was formed in 1967 by twin brothers Steve and Pete Nervo. Along with schoolmates Gino Milchak and Craig DeBock they originally called the band Ragweed before their success in 1980 with "Mandolay". The song went as high as number seven on the Dance Club/Disco chart and as a result of this success the band was signed by MCA records.

In 1981 MCA changed the band's name to Fair Warning.
9. "Shame"

Answer: Evelyn 'Champagne' King

Released in September 1977 from King's debut LP, "Smooth Talk", the song would travel as high as number nine on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. In 2004, "Shame" would become one of the first songs inducted into the Dance Music Hall of Fame.
10. "Delirious"

Answer: Prince

"Delirious" was the second top ten hit for Prince following his initial offering of "Little Red Corvette". Both songs were from his 1982 debut album "1999". The song peaked at number eight on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in October 1983.
