3. The legendary Cyd Charisse played a character named Fiona in which classic movie?

4. In which field of the Arts is Fiona Chadwick a well-known name?

Answer: classical ballet

Fiona Chadwick was a principal dancer with the Royal Ballet and danced all the major classical roles during the 1980s and early 1990s. She also starred in the updated version of "Swan Lake" by Adventures in Motion Pictures, dancing alongside the sensational Adam Cooper.
5. This Fiona presented Britain's GMTV every morning on ITV.

Answer: Fiona Phillips

"Highlights" of her career included her hard-hitting interview with Michael Barrymore, her in-depth coverage of showbiz gossip and her witty banter with Eamonn Holmes.
6. The 2002 film, "About a Boy," starred Hugh Grant as a man who decides the best way to meet women is to pretend to be a single father. He meets a character called Fiona, who is played by which actress?

Answer: Toni Collette

Toni Collette is the Australian actress who had her big break with "Muriel's Wedding" and has since starred in "Emma" alongside Gwyneth Paltrow and had roles in "The Pallbearer," "The Sixth Sense," and "Velvet Goldmine."

Worryingly, one of my male friends, when asked if he knew any famous Fionas, instantly named Fiona Richmond. According to the IMDb, her movies include "Hardcore," "Let's Get Laid," and "Exposť." Lovely.
8. This Fiona is a classical musician, is a graduate of London's Guildhall, has played with the Allegri Quartet and the Chamber of London. She also duets regularly with pianist Daniel Tong. Her name is Fiona McNaught and she plays the...

10. Fiona Bruce is a popular and successful BBC journalist and presenter. Which of these has she NOT presented (as of 2002)?

Answer: Watchdog

Fiona Bruce began her BBC career on Newsroom South East. She is now the main anchor-woman for the early evening news. Stay away from Watchdog though Fiona, that's my adice!

From what I can see, there seems to be a shortage of Fionas in celebrity circles. They seem to stick to sensible, useful jobs. The ones that get famous either stay low key, or must have changed their name.
