This was during Peter's speech to onlookers after he (through the power of Jesus) healed a crippled beggar at the "temple gate called Beautiful." (Acts 3)

Answer: Luke

John the Baptist answered those who thought that he might be the promised messiah. He is instead the prophet who is preparing the way for the coming of Christ.

James talks about two types of wisdom: wisdom from selfish ambition and wisdom from heaven. (James 3:17)
