Over the years many guests appeared on "I Love Lucy" including Harpo Marx, Eve Arden, Tennessee Ernie Ford, Bob Hope, Charles Boyer, Nancy Kulp, Van Johnson, William Holden and John Wayne and many others.

"Why did the French send Marie Antoinette to sharp blade of the guillotine?" "To scrape the barnacles off her hull!" Lucy goes on a radio game show. "I Love Lucy" was based on a CBS radio show called, "My Favorite Husband" which starred Lucille Ball and Richard Denning. Lucille refused to do the TV show without her real-life husband Desi.
