The dealer agrees to the trade after seeing the desk in person disguised as an officer. The first hurdle is getting it out of Henry's office in time to meet a truck that is supposed to pick it up. It is too large to get through the door and they don't have time to take it apart.

They then open the back wall to the office and start to carry it out to the waiting truck, but Frank Burns is out front interrogating the truck driver. They quickly retreat carrying the desk, but the truck leaves when they couldn't get to it in time.

A helicopter is the last resort.

Charlie is played by American-Japanese character actor Jack Soo. He appeared in a few movies, most notably as Sammy Fong in "Flower Drum Song" and many guest spots in TV shows. He had the recurring role of Nick Yemana on the 1970s sitcom "Barney Miller". Jack passed away while that show was still in production in 1979 at age 61 from esophageal cancer.

Lin, played by Robert Ito, a Canadian actor, is a fast-talking dealer in illegally gotten goods. He has watches on both arms and even his legs. Ito appeared twice on "M*A*S*H" - this episode and the 1976 episode "The Korean Surgeon". His best known role is likely that of Sam Fujiyama, assistant to coroner Quincy in the medical drama "Quincy, M.E.". He retired from acting in 2008.
