Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Refreshes cooldown on equipment.

Answer: Equip Mint

If using Wraith Fires, this is arguably the best free Elixir in the entire game, as Wraith Fires are just that good. Monkey Bombs, the Homunculus and the Samantha's Music Box work with this too. This is a great Elixir to use to accomplish anything in this game be it a high round push, Easter Egg Main Quest, or just casually shooting zombies for a time.
2. Briefly become immune to trap damage.

Answer: Anti-Entrapment

While this Elixir is almost entirely useless, it does perform one extremely niche function. On the IX map, one of the god trials the player can receive involves sliding under a Blade Trap without taking damage. Ordinarily, most players could just do this without an Elixir anyway, as it really isn't too demanding.

However, if one wanted to turn their brain off during this challenge, they could simply use Anti-Entrapment and literally just walk through the Blade Trap like it isn't even there to complete the challenge.
3. If a teammate goes down, this Elixir teleports the user right to them.

Answer: Nowhere But There

As the user arrives at their downed ally's location, they will also emit a shockwave that knocks back, but does not damage, adjacent zombies. The intent of this is to allow the user to fairly easily revive their teammate after using this Elixir to arrive to them.

While this Elixir may initially seem useless, it can actually be an incredible contingency plan. There are a number of huge maps on this game, and it can often be impossible to make it to a downed teammate on time if going entirely by foot. In those cases, this Elixir is pretty incredible. It's also a free Elixir too, so no risk or anything is taken or spent in using it.
4. Zombies begin to spawn with inflatable duck floats on them.

Answer: Quacknarok

This is a Whimsical category Elixir, so it is intended to be silly instead of useful. And indeed, every time a duck-bearing zombie dies, a sound of the inflatable deflating is heard along with satisfyingly loud quacking sounds. It's really, really funny.
5. Turns up to two near zombies into allies.

Answer: Ctrl-Z

This is essentially just applying the Brain Rot Alternative Ammo Type to two random zombies near the user. Amazingly, this is not actually a free Elixir.
6. Reloading has a 30% chance to not consume ammunition from the gun's stock.

Answer: Phantom Reload

Certain weapons like the Helion Salvo or Wonder Weapons like the Magmagat deal tons of damage and reload very frequently. These weapons have the best chance to receive the benefits of this Elixir, and they also reap the rewards the best as well.

Unfortunately, this Elixir's use is fairly map dependent. On Dead of the Night in particular, it is virtually useless as ammo is far easier to obtain courtesy of the Silver Bullet mechanic.
7. Receive some of the points earned by nearby allies, and vice versa.

Answer: Dividend Yield

This Elixir is almost mandatory if a co-op team of any quantity wants to complete the Classified Easter Egg Main Quest. Apart from that, it can also be useful traversing the catwalk with teammates in Blood of the Dead, engaging with a Lockdown mini-game especially on Alpha Omega or if planning to camp with teammates in an area in general.
8. Revives any downed teammates and immediately respawns any dead teammates.

Answer: Join The Party

An Epic rarity, this Elixir sadly does not restore lost perks from being downed, nor does it re-equip dead teammates with the equipment they had prior to death.
9. Fire guns briefly without using any ammo.

Answer: Free Fire

On activation, the player receives unlimited ammunition on all of their guns for the next thirty seconds. Clearly, if the player is in trouble, using this Elixir is a great way to be rid of said trouble especially if wielding a Wonder Weapon. Clip sizes are ignored too, so break action weapons can be relentlessly spammed until Free Fires wears off. Those wielding the Helion Salvo should be highly careful not to kill themselves with its splash damage, unless they have equipped the PHD Slider perk.
10. Immediately resets the cooldown of Specialist Equipment, Lethal Equipment and perks for all players.

Answer: Refresh Mint

Perks such as Blood Wolf Bite and the iconic Dying Wish have fairly large cooldowns whenever their effects activate. This Elixir is actually the only means in the entire game to impact the cooldown of perks. Being able to potentially refresh the usage of Wrath Fires as well as Specialist Equipment is also quite useful as well.
11. Strafe and aim down weapon sights more quickly.

Answer: Always Done Swiftly

Unfortunately, this Elixir's use can be essentially emulated with the Quickdraw and Stock attachments which are available on every primary weapon and some secondary weapons in the game. Therefore, unless the player really wants to be able to handle the Helion Salvo faster, which is frankly unnecessary, this Elixir is not terribly useful.
12. Drops 500 of the user's own points as a power-up.

Answer: Point Drops

Obviously, this Elixir has absolutely zero use in solo play and mandates playing with a teammate for it to do anything. Even then, 500 points is pretty pitiful and gets to be even less useful the longer a game goes on. It could be of mild value right at the start of the game, when nobody has any points and doors need to be bought.

In terms of long term value however, this Elixir is directly outclassed by Dividend Yield and Extra Credit, with its only mild advantage being that it's a free Elixir.
13. Charge Specialist Equipment faster.

Answer: Arsenal Accelerator

This is an Elixir that was good but niche in "Black Ops 3" that leap frogged up to top tier status in this game. Because the player starts the game with their Specialist, which they did not do in BO3, this Elixir has immediate utility. It is unique, relatively uncontested utility on Specialists, which are incredibly powerful. Astoundingly, this is also a free Elixir, arguably the best free Elixir in the entire game at that.

There is really not a single context in which this Elixir wouldn't be very useful, it is very consistent.
14. Health constantly regenerates while moving.

Answer: Talkin' Bout Regeneration

On paper, this elixir may seem useless. And it is useless to some playstyles or contexts; if planning to stay still and camp, the player would likely not even notice that this Elixir is active. Of course, the value to be had from this Elixir extends mainly to those who prefer to run trains and constantly stay moving.

Notably, this Elixir completely counters Poison Catalyst Zombies, whose purpose is to prevent players from regenerating health. It also counters Nosferatus on Dead of the Night whose purpose is essentially the same.
15. Instead of take damage, lose points for one minute.

Answer: Blood Debt

This is an Elixir that is really nasty for the player if they use it too early. It deducts a flat amount, not a percentage based amount, of points. It starts at 500, then increases the deduction by 500 until it reaches a hard cap of 20,000 points. The nasty kicker is that if the player ever reaches 0 points and takes a single point of damage, they will now immediately go down even if they had health to spare. If this happens, Blood Debt immediately deactivates.

Given how many ways the player has to avoid damage, or to save themselves if said damage threatens to become lethal, Blood Debt is almost always an unnecessarily risky way for the player to try and avoid damage. Because of its flat value nature, players should only even consider this Elixir if amidst a high round push which has reached an extremely late stage.
