Answer: Earthen Peak

Mytha can be found at the very top of Earthen Peak, just past some Grave Wardens, a Suspicious Shadow and a Desert Sorceress.

Answer: Jester Thomas

Thomas dual wields Pyromancy Flames and will spend his entire time as a summon bathing Mytha in fire. Thomas is so strong that he could kill Mytha in a one-on-one easily, so the player could put their controller down and let Thomas carry them if they wanted. This makes for a fantastic solution if the player happens to be struggling with Mytha on their own.

Answer: Hindering Mytha's environment

If choosing to summon Scarlett, she will initially simply proceed through the area with the player. However, there is a functioning windmill in Earthen Peak. When passing it by, Scarlett will actually attempt to get the player's attention and call them over.

The idea is that the player needs to light a Torch and burn this windmill. Doing this will remove a huge quantity of poison from Mytha's boss room. Poison will heal Mytha and clearly hinder the player, so burning this windmill is key if the player is struggling.

Answer: Fire

At a staggeringly high 60%, Mytha is very easy to burn right down to soot and ashes. Making this even more easily exploitable is the presence of Jester Thomas, who literally dual wields Pyromancy Flames and whose summon sign is basically right in front of Mytha's boss room.

At 60%, Mytha is tied for having the single largest weakness in the entire game for a boss. She is in a four way tie, sharing this 60% weakness with The Last Giant (Dark), Giant Lord (Dark) and Blue Smelter Demon (also Dark).

Answer: Poison

Per her lore, Mytha has at this point excessively poisoned herself to the point of essentially accidentally attaining monsterhood. Therefore, it would be pretty silly if Poison could then be used to kill her. Mytha is indeed the only boss, the only enemy even, who can be healed by something typically used to deal damage with.

Answer: Prince of Alken

Gilligan clarifies that though they were wed, the Prince of Alken eventually developed romantic feelings for "another". Gilligan never clarifies who this other person was, but then tells the player that this was the catalyst for Mytha's eventual madness.

In an effort to win back the Prince of Alken's affection, Mytha's absurd idea was to consume the natural earth developed poisons found within Harvest Valley, with the hopes that doing so would make her more beautiful and, as such, more desirable to the Prince of Alken.

Between Covetous Demon's lust for Mytha causing him to gorge himself into monsterhood and Mytha's similar ambitions causing her to poison herself into becoming a decapitated naga, these people seriously needed to just download a freaking dating app or something.

Answer: Yes

Mytha has two attacks involving her tail, one where she simply swipes away at players who are behind her, and the other where she attempts to grapple and squeeze someone behind her. By cutting her tail off, the player will deny her the ability to use these two attacks.

She can never grow her tail back either, unless the player happens to die to her later in the fight, so this effect is permanent. Sadly, it yields absolutely no reward whatsoever, so unless doing it for fun, it typically isn't worth it.

Answer: Throw it as an explosive

On occasion, Mytha may casually underhanded toss her head at a target. After a short delay, her head will detonate and cause a huge explosion which deals large Magic damage to anyone it hits. However, Mytha can then very easily retrieve her unharmed head and later do it all over again.

This maneuver cannot be parried or tampered with in any way. The only proper ways to react are get out of the way or block the explosion with a sturdy shield.

Answer: Dagger

The fact this is a dagger is strange, as Mytha herself wields a spear for a melee weapon. That said, this weapon inflicting both Poison and Toxic does more closely resemble Mytha given her background with Poison. In fact, this is the only melee weapon in the entire game which can afflict Toxic, and it's just one of two ways period the player can access Toxic at all.

The other method is the Toxic Mist Pyromancy.

Answer: Covetous Silver Serpent

The Covetous Silver Serpent Ring significantly increases souls earned for killing enemies. The version received through this fight is +2, the strongest version in the entire game. As such, especially considering the close proximity of a bonfire to Mytha's boss room, Mytha is another popular target for Bonfire Ascetics.
