This is from the "Austin Powers" trilogy where Mike Myers plays a comical British special agent. In every movie he has to stop Dr. Evil from obtaining world domination. All of the other options are characters played by Mike Myers. Wayne Campbell is his character in "Wayne's World", and Dieter is a character he played on "Saturday Night Live".

These are all characters from "The Princess Bride". Vizzini (Wallace Shawn) is one of the villains. He and his henchmen kidnap the princess, and Westley (Cary Elwes) is after them to rescue her. Every time Westley gets by one of Vizzini's roadblocks, Vizzini exclaims, "Inconceivable!" Eventually Vizzini dies from ingesting poison during his and Westley's battle of wits. Vizzini's helpers are Fezzik (Andre the Giant) and Inigo Montoya (Mandy Patinkin). Prince Humperdinck is played by Chris Sarandon.

Answer: Johnny the Paperboy

This is from the movie "Better Off Dead" starring John Cusack. Lane's (Cusack) family owes the paperboy money, and Lane doesn't want to pay. The paperboy is constantly after him for his two dollars, including this memorable exchange.
