Answer: Queen

Mercury passed away on November 24, 1991 of an AIDS-related illness. The band was revived in 2004 with former Bad Company lead singer Paul Rogers behind the microphone.
2. Dublin, Ireland native, Phil Lynott, founded this band in 1969 and became known as one of the first rock bands to employ double lead guitar harmonies with hits such as "Jailbreak" and "The Boys Are Back In Town". What was the name of the band?

Answer: Thin Lizzy

The group disbanded in 1984. Lynott, tragically, died two years later of pneumonia and heart disease brought on by years of heroin abuse. Thin Lizzy regrouped in 1996 and has been touring ever since despite numerous band member changes in recent years.

INXS reformed in 2000 with Jon Stevens who left in 2003 to pursue a solo career. INXS then was a part of an American reality show contest, "Rockstar: INXS", to find their next lead singer. That position went to contest winner J.D. Fortune.
10. Indiana native Shannon Hoon fronted what band in the 1990s and had one Number one hit "No Rain"?

Answer: Blind Melon

Hoon died in October, 1995 after losing his battle with a drug addiction that plagued him throughout his brief musical career. It was announced in September, 2006 that the band reformed with a new lead singer.
