And then proceeded to take a playoff team and run them into the ground...and ended with a 41-57 record between 1993 and 1998.

2. What was the year that the Bears drafted such greats as Rashaan Salaam and Todd Sauerbrun?

Answer: 1995

Almost every other team had Salaam graded as a 3rd rounder and the Bears wasted a 1st rounder on him and ended up cutting him. Saurbrun kicked sporadically and caused many problems off the field. He has since become a pro bowl punter but the Bears did not get much out of this 2nd rounder.

The Bears passed on players such as Derrick Brooks, Ty Law, Bobby Taylor and Curtis Martin to land these two.

Answer: 1969

Against the Bears he has been 18-4 from 1992-2002 with a QB rating over 90 and 10-1 in Soldier Field.

4. What year did George "Papa Bear" Halas die?

Answer: 1983

On 31 October, 1983, the NFL lost it's founding father who started the league. He helped found the league, played, coached, owned the Bears and resided over the entire NFL. Not a shabby career.

Answer: 1st November, 1999
