The year was 1980 when Donna performed her stake-out, waiting until a car drove up to a California home and the drive and his passenger headed inside. Donna, following behind, opened the front door with a credit card just in time to hear the scream coming from one of the other rooms.

The truth was that the driver was her own father, and she was initially staking his house out to catch him in the act for cheating on her mother. What she found was much worse; the woman in the bedroom was disembowelled when Donna opened the door.

Her father, citing a hunger within, knew he wouldn't be able to stop, so he killed himself there, despite Donna's pleas, to end it.

Answer: Satan

In 1984, Donna watches as Richard Ramirez is brought back from the dead by an unseen force. She stands in disbelief as Richard claims that she knows who brought him back, despite how inconceivable it may seem, because true evil needed to be wrought. Richard also blames her for Mr. Jingles escape, claiming that she's the one who's responsible for all the murders at the camp. Worse, Donna comes face to face with her father once again as he emerges from the woods and suggests that she has to pick up where he left off; she is, after all, the fruit of an evil seed.

Answer: Across the lake

Behind the shower shack, the only remaining car is already ablaze by the time the surviving counsellors get to it. Xavier suggests it's a good thing; the fire could be a signal and they should spread it through the woods. Margaret knocks him out with the butt of her gun before he can do anything rash and they haul him to one of the cabins.

Unfortunately, there's not much to do; Margaret's gun is out of bullets. She does, however, remember that there was a couple camping across the lake the day before, so she and Chet head out to take the boat over the water. Montana stays back with Brooke and Xavier, and it's the perfect opportunity for Montana to exact her revenge on Brooke.

She picks up a hatchet, but Brooke believes she sees Ray walking around outside and she goes and investigates alone.

She finds Ray outside, sure enough, not knowing he was previously murdered.

Answer: Chet

Margaret paddles the boat out into the lake and asks Chet whether or not he believes in life after death, absolution, and repenting his sins. Considering the circumstances of the night, Chet isn't really willing to hear her out and refuses to confess anymore, but Margaret continues on, confessing a great deal herself.

She admits that there's no one across the lake; she had to bring him out to the boat alone so that she could kill him without the others around. She knocks him out with an oar, removes his ear, and ties an anchor around his legs before tipping him over the side.

Brooke and Ray, hearing Mr. Jingles' keys, flee to the mess hall to hide. The two confide in each other and Brooke regrets that she couldn't have been more of a nobody when she moved to Los Angeles. Now, she's in the situation she's found herself in. Ray admits he knows what it's like since he tried so hard to be a doctor but never made it; it cost him a lot. Brooke kisses him and suggests that instead of dying, they take the chance to live. In the counsellor cabin, Montana prepares to leave to look for help just as Donna rushes in and admits that she was the one who freed Mr. Jingles because she thought she could help people.

This drives Xavier, harmed indirectly by her actions, to launch into a rage. He grabs the hatchet from Montana's hands and chases Donna out into the woods.

Answer: In a fridge

After Brooke and Ray are finished in the mess hall, Brooke heads to the kitchen for a drink and opens the fridge only to find Ray's head staring back at her. Ray can't explain it, of course, and it causes Brooke to flee in terror, back out into the woods.

She returns to the counsellors' cabin and Montana is the only one there, and while she expects help, Montana's still bloodthirsty; she knocks her to the ground. It's finally Montana's chance to reveal everything. It's almost as though it was fate that had Brooke attend the same aerobics class, and when Richard showed up, all the pieces fell into place.

Answer: Knitting needle

Montana finally reveals that Brooke was seemingly responsible for her brother's death at her wedding and wraps a cord around her neck, but Brooke manages to escape by stabbing Montana in the leg with a knitting needle. At the same time, Xavier chases Donna back to the nurse's cabin where she locks herself inside.

She's not alone though; Mr. Jingles grabs her and tells her that she never should have brought him to Camp Redwood. She admits that she only did it to try and find out if her father was always a killer.

At the same time, he admits he never committed the murders back in 1970. He sits back and removes the bullets from his body.

Answer: Archery

Donna asks Benjamin to kill her. After all, it's all her fault. He refuses though, saying that there's only one kill left and it's not her. Donna, he says, needs to live with what she's done.
Brooke flees to another cabin with Montana in hot pursuit. She does, unfortunately, manage to attract Montana's attention when she goes to grab a weapon to defend herself, and it escalates to a fistfight.
Out at the archery range, Benjamin finds Margaret and drops his keys in front of her, asserting that she should keep them since she's Mr. Jingles. He strangles her, but she's saved at the last minute by Xavier, who shoots Benjamin several times with arrows and brings him down.

Answer: Xavier

Xavier succeeds in saving Margaret and goes up to her to see if she's alright, but he isn't aware that she's the true threat. She knocks him down and grabs her knife, plunging it into his chest and then using it to remove his ear before escaping. She doesn't see as Benjamin returns to consciousness nearby...but Richard does. And Richard laughs and asks him if he accepts Satan as his master.
Shortly after, the sun finally rises on a long night of bloodshed at Camp Redwood. And only a few remain alive.
A school bus of children heads to the camp, arriving just in time to find Brooke getting the upper hand and stabbing Montana to death.

Answer: Brooke

Because of the witnesses, the police are called soon after the school bus' arrival at Camp Redwood and Brooke is justifiably hauled off in a police cruiser while the bodies of her counsellor companions are placed into body bags. Margaret, hiding nearby, stabs herself in the leg and emerges into the waiting arms of the police. She blames Brooke for the murders.
Ray also emerges from the carnage and the paramedics pull him aside. Despite his anxiety to leave Camp Redwood, nothing registers when they do a blood pressure test. He's tossed into the back of an ambulance, but the minute it drives out the gates, he ends up back in the road, unable to leave.
Richard and Benjamin steal a police car and drive off the grounds headed for Los Angeles.
