Faith had dreams that Buffy kept killing her until finally Faith defeats Buffy and wakes up.

Lee was the lawyer who got beat up by Faith. Wolfram and Hart hired Faith to kill Angel, but when that doesn't turn out, they hire a demon to kill Faith. That doesn't work either because Faith kills the demon.
