Shaz used to work in a fish shop. She hated her boss so she poisoned some oysters, thereby killing several people, an old man, a pregnant woman and an un-born child. At the end of series five, Shaz dies in a fire.

2. Shell held a prison officer hostage at the start of series three. Who was this officer?

Answer: Jim Fenner

She takes Jim hostage after he makes a move on her. She uses a weapon and seriously injures him. During the aftermath, Shell is sent down to the "Muppet Wing".
