Answer: "Soul Calibur"

Namco's weapon bashing game has characters, like Mitsurugi and Cervantes, chase Soul Edge, or the bane, Soul Calibur. "Soul Calibur II" did contain some temporary characters: "Legend of Zelda" hero Link for the Gamecube, Al Simmons/"Spawn" for the Xbox, and Hehachi form the "Tekken" series for the Playstation 2.

Sega's short fighter series, for the Sega Mega-Drive system and now in the Wii virtual console, had characters from as far back as 50,000 B.C. to 2345 A.D. who battle to avenge their wrongful deaths. The final boss is the Eternal Champion, who you need to beat all five styles of his martial art styles to get the good ending.

The sequel, subtitled "Challenge from the Dark Side" for the "Sega CD," deepened the story with the addition of another immortal being called "Dark Champion." In addition, the game follows "Mortal Kombat" with traps and fatalities, noted as overkills.

This Playstation game was canceled in its final stages by Electronic Arts, after acquiring Virgin Interactive. thus it was never release. The characters you were to use, committed sins, and the Secrets God, Marukka, decided to have some fun. The engine for this game was used for the "X-Men: Mutant Academy" series for the Playstation.

During the time of the animated series (which had no connection to the games), Tradewest decided to try this fighting game for the Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis, and the Atari Jaguar. It used the characters from the cartoon, like Icepick, Jawbreaker, and of course, the Lee brothers.

O'Neal was the star of "Shaq Fu," developed by Delphine and published by EA for the Sega Genesis, Super Nintendo, Game Boy, and Game Gear. It was ranked as one of the worst fighting games of all time for the poor hit detection and storyline, according to ScrewAttack. There is a community that orders all the copies of this game to be destroyed.

"C2: Judgment Clay," for the Sega Genesis and Super Nintendo, was the sequel to "ClayFighter." There was no real plot in the original, but the sequels had the better plots and gameplay. Who knew that playing as a big baby, kangaroo, or a snowman could be this much fun.

Capcom's Halloween-based fighter, for the Playstation and Sega Saturn, was a side creation of the Street Fighter series, with introductions of Air Blocking and Chain Combos. These additions became a high phenomenon to later fighting games. "Darkstalkers Chronicle: The Chaos Tower" was created for the Playstation Portable, or PSP.

Incredible Technologies created this game for the Sega Genesis, with a unique 5-button system, controlling the head and limbs, and can perform death moves at anytime. Unfortunately, due to the poor graphics, sales of the game were very low.
