Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. "On Bended _____"

The song "On Bended Knee" was released in 1994 by American vocal harmony group Boyz II Men as the second single from their album "II". It was their second hit single from that album, replacing its chart-topping single "I'll Make Love to You" at the top, a rare feat. It ended up fifth in the Billboard Hot 100 year-end chart with "I'll Make Love to You" ahead of it in third place.
2. "Wrapped Around Your _____"

The 1983 single "Wrapped Around Your Finger" came from British rock band the Police. It was part of their 1983 album "Synchronicity" and was written by lead singer Sting. Like a number of his songs from this period, there are literary and mythological references in the lyrics such as the Greek monsters Scylla and Charybdis. Mephistopheles gets a mention as well.
3. "____ of an Angel"

American rock band Hinder released the single "Lips of an Angel" in 2006 as the second single from their debut album "Extreme Behavior". It is a power ballad and was the band's breakthrough hit, charting at number three on the Billboard Hot 100. Country music artist Jack Ingram did his own version which charted a year later.
4. "In One _____"

American rock band Cage the Elephant's debut self-titled album was released in 2008. "In One Ear" was the second single released from it that year. The song was also re-issued as a single in 2010 when it peaked at number one on the Billboard Alternative Songs chart. In all there were three music videos made for this song, with a UK version for the 2008 release.
5. "Bette Davis _____"

'Eyes' is the missing word. The song was first recorded by Jackie DeShannon in a R&B-lite style in 1974 however it is the 1981 Kim Carnes synthesizer-based version of the song "Bette Davis Eyes" which is best known. Her version topped the Billboard Hot 100 for five weeks as well as winning the 1982 Grammy Awards for both the Song of the Year (for the writers Weiss and DeShannon) and the Record of the Year.
6. "____ to Black"

Okay, technically the song is not intentionally referring to a body part. It is though considered one of British singer and songwriter Amy Winehouse's signature songs, inspired by a hiatus in a destructive relationship. Both the name of her album and one of the five singles released from it, the album "Back to Black" come out in 2006.

The single was released in 2007, charting mostly in Europe.
7. "Put Your ____ Around Me"

Scottish alternative rock band Texas released the single "Put Your Arms Around Me" as their fourth single from the 1997 album "White on Blonde". Its chart performance was mostly European-based. Other Texas singles from this album that were getting a lot of airplay at the time were "Say What You Want", "Halo" and "Black Eyed Boy" (which would also qualify for this quiz).
8. "Fat ____ed Girls"

Written by Brian May of the British rock band Queen, "Fat Bottomed Girls" was one of the double A-sided singles released in 1978. The other single was "Bicycle Race" with both linked together by their lyrics. The single did well on both sides of the Atlantic.
9. "____"

Highest-charting Billboard Hot 100 single for the American rock band ZZ Top, the single "Legs" came from their 1983 album "Eliminator", albeit not until 1984. The music video accompanying it was the last of a trilogy of themed videos for the album and was the inaugural winner of the MTV Video Music Award for Best Group. Perhaps it was the pair of sheepskin-covered spinning guitars.
10. "____loose"

The 1984 musical drama movie "Footloose" included the Kenny Loggins' songs "Footloose" and "I'm Free (Heaven Helps the Man)". "Footloose" was released before the film and became Loggins' only solo Billboard Hot 100 chart topper. The song was also nominated for an Oscar for Best Original Song, as was "Let's Hear It for the Boy" by Deniece Williams also in the movie "Footloose".
