Khaimera may yet be the 'junglest' of all characters to have ever jungled before. This is essentially like choosing Mario or Pikachu in a game of "Smash Bros".

Khaimera is the gold standard for what other Jungle characters should aspire to be; he isn't necessarily the objectively #1 greatest character of all time, but he is the trailblazer of this metagame, doubtlessly the most iconic Jungler there is. Khaimera boasts lethal damage output, the capacity to ambush enemies effectively, and the general survivability and sustain to operate within the jungle in general.

Answer: Basic Attack Power

No particular aspect of Khaimera has ever truly been weak. Though his basics are technically his strongest trait, he boasts standout Durability and Ability Power, while his mobility isn't particularly great or bad.

Answer: Healing

This applies to enemy heroes, jungle minions, monsters and Objectives. When Khaimera hits something in any way, he heals for a small portion of his health bar. Khaimera can swing his axes extremely quickly, so he will practically always have this self heal built up quite a lot in combat.

Once Khaimera has struck targets twenty times within a several second period, this Passive will also briefly grant him a minor buff to his movement speed.

Answer: It is a lock-on Ability

When using Ambush, the player must first press the Alternate Ability button; this will spawn a small white crosshair and cause Khaimera to visually hold his axes out, as if trying to hug someone with them.

He is definitely not aiming to get intimate. Upon pressing the Alternate Ability button a second time, achievable once in range of an enemy and once they're in Khaimera's white crosshair, he will jump up high and land atop them with perfect, automatic precision.

The player does not need to aim Ambush very much, as they simply need to get in range of a target and line them up into their white crosshair. Once done, Khaimera homes right in on the target. This takes a level of technical precision achievable by a pet goldfish, making it out to be very user friendly.

Answer: Maxed Attack Speed

Upon activating Unleash, the next seven Basic Attacks attempted by Khaimera will be performed with his Attack Speed set to the absolute highest possible.

Notably, some items such as Frostguard aim to reduce the Attack Speed of incoming assailants. Unleash is a good way to get around this defensive tactic; even if Khaimera's Attack Speed were to be at the absolute lowest possible, Unleash will simply set it to be the highest possible. Unleash cannot be mitigated or tampered with in anyway to mitigate its effects, making this Ability out to be incredibly safe and lacking in any real brainpower to use.

It synergizes nicely with Spirit Regeneration, simultaneously enabling Khaimera to maximize the healing he can get, while also making the 20 stacks to enhance his movement speed out to be fairly easy to achieve.

Answer: Cleanse Debuffs

If Khaimera ever has any status of any sort applied to him, such as Stun, Root or Fear, he can press this button to immediately dispel the effect.

Support characters tend to heavily lean into disruptive skills to best protect their Carry; this is mainly how a Support best defend their Carry from a lane invasion in general. Proper usage of Invigorate can make Khaimera more efficient at invading the Duo lane in particular, as he could use it to shrug the Support off before killing their Carry.

The best part is, like the rest of Khaimera's kit, this Ability is extremely easy to effectively use. Simply press it when inflicted by status or having taken a ton of damage, and it works with no questions asked.

Answer: Stun

Cull deals hefty damage and comes out relatively fast. It combos in, or out, of Unleash quite nicely, and can also be efficiently used to combo out of an Ambush usage as well.

Landing the full blow of this Ability grants Khaimera five Spirit Regeneration stacks per target, making it likely he will achieve the twenty needed for the movement speed buff. While very rare, should Khaimera manage to hit four enemy heroes with his Ultimate, he would instantly gain the movement speed buff.

Answer: Increase Ambush's range

The range increase is 15%. This may not seem like much, but it can give Khaimera a little more leeway to stealthily approach a target and, well, 'ambush' them with this. Ambush is difficult to use stealthily, as enemy players are certain to keep away from fog walls if they know they are dealing with a Khaimera. Feral Ambush can therefore make it 15% easier, in essence, to properly ambush players.

Answer: This bonus is boosted when in the enemy's Jungle

Khaimera gets a hefty bonus to his Physical Power when inside his own Jungle. This bonus is straight up doubled if he steps into the enemy's Jungle. This incentivizes what is iconically known as the "Invasion Khaimera" playstyle. Players choosing this Augment are likely to begin the game venturing straight into the enemy Jungle, with the goal of taking the enemy Jungler's minion waves and, ideally, killing the enemy Jungle right from the start of the game as they're likely to arrive in their own Jungle at the start of the game.

Jungle Invasion's bonus is always appreciated, but it is at its deadliest right at the beginning of the game when the enemy Jungler hasn't had the chance to build either Armor items to withstand it, or damage items to try and trade blows with Khaimera. This Augment makes it so that Khaimera is generally the strongest Jungler in the game when the game is within its early stage.

Answer: Offlane

Khaimera's Spirit Regeneration Passive typically only works on enemy heroes, jungle minions, monsters and Objectives; notably leaving lane minions off the list. Choosing the Minion Regeneration Augment, predictably, causes Spirit Regeneration to now work on lane minions. Choosing this Augment makes Khaimera out to suddenly become quite the formidable force in the Offlane, explaining why he suddenly becomes recommended for the role when choosing this Augment.

Khaimera rightfully will never be recommended for the Carry or Midlane roles. However, if a player is adventurous enough to try him here anyway, they would absolutely need to choose Minion Regeneration for an Augment so that Khaimera's Spirit Regeneration can properly work during laning phase.
