"Predecessor" - The Jungle Role Quiz

Rampage pairs monstrous bulk with his amazing passive, King of the Jungle that gives him excellent health regeneration when inside the jungle. As such, Rampage is by far and away the best choice if a team desires a tanky Jungler.

Answer: Wukong

The one and only character period with a perfect 10, Wukong can travel quite up high for a very long time, he can double jump, he has one Ability which propels him forward, and another which sharply shoves enemies backward. As such, Wukong can be very difficult to nail down, letting him play hit and run from lane to lane effectively.

Answer: Yin

The vast majority of melee focused characters have a Basic Attack Power ranging from 4-7. Yin boasting a 9 therefore gives her quite a head up in 1v1ing melee centric characters. This is made better from the fact that Yin's weapon of choice is a whip, so she can outrange melee characters as well.

Answer: Khaimera

Khaimera's Ambush Ability allows him to lock onto an enemy in front of them, and then jump on top of them while attacking. It makes Khaimera very, very easy to learn to play effectively, as other characters such as Rampage or Kallari require far more precision and do not spoonfeed the player anywhere near as much.

Answer: Greystone

Greystone is also recommended by the game for the Offlane role, and he is far from alone as a Jungler who can take their talents to that lane. Aurora, Countess, Crunch, Grux, Sevarog, Terra, Zarus, Feng Mao, Kwang, Serath and Shinbi are also Junglers who have been recommended for the offlane role.

Uniquely, Riktor is also recommended for a Support role, while Countess is recommended for Midlane, in addition to them being able to handle Jungle duties.

Answer: Boris

Boris heals for quite a lot every time he strikes a target, which happens quite frequently given how quickly he can attack. Boris isn't alone, and the subject of "should I build a Tainted item early to stop the enemy from self healing so much?" is usually answered by whether or not the opposing team has a Jungler with a lot of self heal.

The Jungler and the Jungler only can carry this as a means of quickly finishing a fight with an objective, Fangtooth or the Orb. It does not work on enemy heroes, only on Monsters and Minions.

Answer: Detect nearby enemy Wards

Junglers ideally want to ambush enemies in lanes, since the Jungle shields them from view and enables stealthy play. Enemy Wards will reveal Junglers, but Sentries can reveal Wards and let the Jungler know that the lane is aware of their presence.

For characters who are so heavily reliant on taking enemies off guard, such as Kallari or Yurei, Sentries are indispensable. But even for slower characters like Rampage or Riktor, it can still help to know that the enemy sees you coming.

Answer: Fangtooth spawns

Not a lot of Junglers can comfortably solo Fangtooth, and will require the aid of allies to do so at an early level. Khaimera can uniquely destroy Fangtooth at literally level 3 due to his unique attributes making the fight a cakewalk, while Rampage and Boris can also beat Fangtooth with relative ease at an early level, not quite as early as Khaimera but still comfortably at 5 minutes. Mostly anyone else needs to rush to become as strong as they can, quickly, so that they don't leave Fangtooth waiting for long.

Answer: No

If a player has some way of knowing or assumes a Ward is in a particular area, using Camouflage to avoid its detection before stepping into its area makes sense. Camouflage also makes units completely invisible to enemies, letting them get the jump.

Camouflage is immediately broken when attacking, however, so this method cannot be used to stealthily destroy an enemy Ward.
