Answer: Canobie Lake Park

Canobie Lake Park opened in August of 1902, and was originally a trolley park for the Massachusetts Northeast Street Railway Company. In its early years, Canobie Lake Park was known for its flower gardens, promenades and family attractions. Now owned by three families, Canobie Lake Park features over fifty rides, including roller coasters, a log flume, a hand-painted antique carousel, a steam train, a Ferris wheel, bumper cars, many kiddie rides, and even a water park!

When Story Land first opened in 1954, it contained only one ride, where children could ride on an old fire truck. By the turn of the 21st century, the park spanned over 35 acres and operated more than twenty rides. In 2007, the Morrell family sold the park to Kennywood Amusements in Pennsylvania.
