Answer: Sofia

Sofia (Sofiya) is the capital of Bulgaria. Montana is a province in the northwest corner of that country!
2. This national capital is south of Montenegro, west of Macedonia, and only about 15 miles from the Adriatic Sea.

Answer: Tirana

Tirana is the capital of the mountainous country of Albania, slightly larger than the state of Maryland. The people are 70% Muslim, 20% Albanian Orthodox.

Answer: Oslo
