Answer: Nigeria

The Federal Republic of Nigeria is located in western Africa. It has a 530 mile coastline on the Gulf of Guinea and is the thirty-second largest country in the world. It is bordered by Benin, Niger, Chad and Cameroon and has Abuja as its capital. Nigeria is a large producer of oil, is one of the worlds largest exporters and has the tenth largest oil reserves.

The Benue river valley is formed at the confluence of the Niger river and its tributary the Benue river.
2. Kingdom of (Strait of Gibraltar - Rif Mountains - Sahara Desert)

The Kingdom of Morocco is located in Northern Africa. It is bordered by Western Sahara, Algeria and the Atlantic Ocean. This border runs past the Straits of Gibraltar and into the Mediterranean Sea. The country has wide swathes of desert, namely the Sahara desert as well as vast mountainous regions as the Atlas mountains fall within its borders as well and the Rif mountains in the north.

The United Republic of Tanzania is located in eastern Africa. The highest mountain in Africa, Mount Kilimanjaro is found in this country. Zanzibar, an archipelago found in the Indian Ocean, is a semi-autonomous part of Tanzania.

A large volcanic caldera, named the Ngorongoro Crater is found to the west of the city Arush in the north of the country.

Mauritania is found in western Africa and is the eleventh largest country on the continent. It is bordered by Western Sahara, Algeria, Mali and Senegal and has a short coast line on the Atlantic Ocean. Most of the country is desert or semi-desert. The Eye of the Sahara (Richat Structure) is an eroded, elliptical dome with a diameter of forty kilometres in the Sahara desert.

The Empty Quarter is a large region of sand dunes in the northeast which merges with the Sahara desert.

The State of Eritrea is bordered by Ethiopia, Sudan and Djibouti and has a long coastline on the Red Sea. Part of Eritrea are a number of the Ḩanīsh Islands which are found on the Red Sea. Eritrea is made up of fertile land in the west and desert in the east.

The Dahlak Archipelago is found off the Eritrean coast in the Red Sea and consists of 126 islands. The lowest point in Eritrea is Lake Kulul.

The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia is situated in the Horn of Africa, the eastern most part of the continent. it is bordered by Eritrea, Djibouti, Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan and Kenya and is the second most populous country in Africa after Nigeria.

The Great Rift Valley runs through Ethiopia and the source of the Blue Nile river, Lake Tana, is located here. The Afar Depression is also known as the Afar Triangle and is a geological depression which is partly found in Ethiopia, with parts of it overlapping into Djibouti and Eritrea.

The Arab Republic of Egypt is one of the world's first nation states and is located in the northeast corner of Africa and has the Sinai Peninsula which sits between the Mediterranean and Red Seas, forming a land bridge between Africa and Asia. Egypt is well known for having the Nile river, longest river in the world, as well as the Nile Valley and Delta.

The Western Desert is found west of the Nile river extending to the Libyan border. The Eastern Desert runs east of the river Nile.

The Union of the Comoros is an island archipelago nation in the Indian Ocean off the east coast of Africa at the northern end of the Mozambique Channel. It is the third smallest African country and the archipelago is made up of three major volcanic islands, the largest which is named Grand Comore. An active shield volcano, Mount Karthala, is situated on this island and has periodically erupted in 1991, 2005 and 2006. La Grille is the other volcano on the island, but it is dormant.

The Republic of Botswana is located in southern Africa. Seventy percent of the country is made up of desert, namely the Kalahari Desert and it is bordered by South Africa, Namibia, Zimbabwe and Zambia. One of the world's largest inland deltas, the Okavango Delta is found in the northwest and the world's largest concentrations of African elephants is found in the Chobe National Park.

The Limpopo River serves as a border between Botswana and South Africa as well as Botswana and Zimbabwe.

The People's Democratic Republic of Algeria is found on the Mediterranean coast in northern Africa. It is the largest country in Africa and the tenth largest country in the world. It is bordered by Tunisia, Libya, by Morocco, Western Sahara, Mauritania, Mali, Niger and the Mediterranean Sea.

The Edough Massif and Ahaggar Mountains as well as a great part of the Sahara desert fall within the country's borders. The Chelif River is the longest river in Algeria, 700 kilometres long.
