This was one of the original items in the restaurant that opened in 1969. As to the formula? No way! You can look at the ingredients but not the exact recipe.
Many people attempt to reproduce it online though. The chocolate flavor has vanilla in it because too much chocolate might be overpowering for the other items. As to the unicorn variety, no, it's not available and don't try to order this.
