As per the lyrics to their 2013 single "Right Back at It Again", American rock band A Day To Remember were formed "in the spring of 2003" in Ocala, Florida.

One of the most successful rock bands of all-time, Green Day were formed in 1986, with their most famous and enduring line-up being that of Billie Joe Armstrong (lead vocals and guitar), Mike Dirnt (bass), and Tre Cool (drums).
2. The Sabbath Eyed Peas

The Black Eyed Peas were originally formed as an alternative hip-hop group, but have since transitioned to a more dance/pop style. Their most familiar line-up is that of will.i.am, apl.de.ap, Taboo, and Fergie.

Fronted by the enigmatic Ozzy Osbourne, English rock band Black Sabbath were originally active between 1968 and 2006, but enjoyed a revival between 2011 and 2017.

British musical duo Tunde Baiyewu (vocals) and Paul Tucker (keyboards) formed Lighthouse Family in 1993, and enjoyed chart success in the mid-to-late 1990s with songs such as "Lifted", "Ocean Drive", and "High".
7. My Brothers Romance

Often abbreviated MCR, My Chemical Romance was an American rock band fronted by Gerard Way that were active between 2001 and 2013. Musical duo Tom Rowlands and Ed Simons created Chemical Brothers in Manchester, England in 1989, and were pioneers of the big beat genre of music.
8. InnerParty of a Down

American electronic rock band InnerPartySystem were originally active between 2006 and 2011, and are perhaps best known for their 2008 single "Don't Stop".

Fronted by Lebanon-born Serj Tankian, System of a Down were originally active between 1994 and 2006, but reformed in 2010. Their 2005 single "B.Y.O.B." won the 2005 Grammy Award for "Best Hard Rock Performance".
9. Matchbox 4 Seven

Originally called Tabitha's Secret, Matchbox Twenty are a rock band that were formed in Orlando, Florida in 1990. Their multi-platinum selling 1996 debut album "Yourself or Someone Like You" catapulted them to international fame.

Dutch eurodance group Twenty 4 Seven were originally active between 1989 and 1981, and enjoyed success with singles such as "I Can't Stand It" and "Are You Dreaming?". They reformed in 1993, and have undergone a number of personnel changes over their years on the music scene.

The Spice Girls blasted onto the music scene in 1996 when they released their debut single "Wannabe", and "Girl Power" was born. As of 2018, they are officially the best-selling girl group of all-time, having sold over eighty-five million records worldwide.

English-Irish girl group Girls Aloud were formed in 2002 via the talent show "Popstars: The Rivals". Their debut single "Sound of the Underground" was a number one smash hit in both the UK and Ireland, and started them on the road to a prolific music career.
