"Turn Me On" plays at the start of the roller skating party that Van has organised for Panos Patakos and the Lambda Omega Omega fraternity. Van sees that the Lambda Omega Omega guys are playing video games rather than roller skating and interacting with the other party-goers, launching him into one of his legendary motivational speeches and introducing them to Sherri and Terri, who apparently like the more intellectual gentleman.
