Pre-order sell sheets were distributed to dealers and the hobby press announcing Fleer's new "Elite" baseball cards. The problem was that Donruss threatened legal action against them because they had already issued an insert set called "Elite".
2. Baseball was not the first sport to be produced under Topps' "Finest" brand. What sport was?

Answer: Football

Produced in 1992, Football's Finest was not issued in wax packs, rather as a factory set which featured no refractors.
3. All 1987 Donruss cards could be found with "upside down card backs". Why?
