Answer: Cambodia

Pol Pot was the leader of the communist movement Khmer Rouge, in the war-torn country of Cambodia. Under his leadership, over two million Cambodians were killed. Huge mass graves can be found throughout the country. He is believed to have ordered the murder of all his family and close confidants shortly before his demise in the country of China, where he fled after being told to "Hit the road, Jack".

Answer: Jean-Claude Duvalier

Jean-Claude Duvalier was removed from office after a popular uprising in 1986. During his rule he was known for his lavish lifestyle while his people lived in squalor. Haiti was considered the poorest country in the Americas during his regime. Duvalier made millions of dollars selling the body parts of dead Haitians and through his involvement in the drug trade.

After being forced out of office and told to "Hit the road, Jack", he moved to France, where he was allowed to live even though he was denied political asylum.

While living in France he lost most of his wealth after a divorce from his wife Michele Bennett. In January of 2011, Baby Doc returned to Haiti, where he was promptly arrested and charged with theft, corruption and misappropriation of funds.

Mobutu Sese Seko was the President of Zaire from 1965 until 1997. During his time in office he attempted to wipe out all signs of European colonialism. This involved forcing all citizens to drop any European names and change them to African names. He also passed a law that enforced a five year prison sentence on any priest caught baptizing a baby with a European-derived name. All western attire, which was commonly worn at this time, was forbidden and men were forced to wear a tunic style suit known as an abacost.

His reign was known for nepotism, torture and mass hangings. While the citizens lived in poverty he amassed a fortune approximated to be equivalent to five billion U.S. dollars. He ignored the wide-spread problem of AIDS even though he lost his eldest son to the disease.

After being forced out of office in 1997 and being told to "Hit the road, Jack" he was exiled to Togo but spent most of the remainder of his life in Morocco.

President Ferdinand Marcos was told to "Hit the road, Jack" after ruling this island nation with an iron fist for 21 years. His name is often mentioned as the epitome of a kleptocrat after it became known that he had stolen billions of dollars from the Filipino treasury.

His reign was known for corruption, mismanagement, and the torture or murder of those who stood in his way. He was believed to be responsible for the assassination of his major opponent Benigno Aquino Jr. in 1983. He died in Honolulu, Hawaii, in 1989 after being spirited out of the country with the assistance of the United States.
