Answer: Poi

Made of a mixture of Taro root and water, this is always available at Luaus!

Mochi is a Japanese dessert which is made of rice flour, sugar and a variety of different fillings. Traditionally it is steamed and served New Years Eve for luck much like people eat black-eyed peas in the South.

Wasabi is a very spicy green paste which is served most often with sushi. Beware... and use sparingly...

Answer: 'Imu

An 'imu is a shallow pit dug into the ground. In the hole, a fire is lit and rocks are heated until red-hot. Food is then placed into the pit, covered with leaves, then buried for hours. Delicious!

MahiMahi is more commonly known as dolphin fish and may be used in recipes as a substitute for swordfish. This is one of the least "fishy" tasting fish.
