Answer: Sugar

"Sugar" was originally recorded as a b-side on the 1992 single "China". Live versions can be heard on the 1996 "Hey Jupiter" EP and 1999 live disc of the "To Venus and Back" album. As a prelude to the recording on the "Hey Jupiter" EP, Tori recounts a story of having a crush on a boy who couldn't remember how many sugars she took in her tea. Bobby in also mentioned in the song "Marianne".
2. Which one of these songs does not mention NEIL?

Answer: Spark

The person Tori refers to in several of her songs is Neil Gaiman, creator of "Sandman" and other graphic novels, and author of science fiction and fantasy comics, stories and films. Tori is a big fan of Gaiman, and she has contributed to some of his work including "The Sandman: Book of Dreams". He included Tori as a talking tree character in "Stardust". The song "Horses" refers to this, with the lyrics:
"But will you find me if Neil makes me a tree?"

"Not David Bowie" can be found on Tori's 2006 compilation "A Piano: The Collection", which is a six-disc collection comprising of songs from all of Tori's original albums to that date, as well as demos, b-sides and previously unreleased tracks. "Not David Bowie" was originally recorded in 2004 for the album "The Beekeeper" but does not appear on the final mix.

According to the booklet notes for "A Piano", "Dolphin Song" got set aside for a while after the basic tracking had been done because Tori wanted to develop it more, but when she came back to the song when compiling "A Piano" she realised the song was finished as it was.

Answer: American Doll Posse

"American Doll Posse", released in 2007, is Tori's ninth studio album. For this album, Tori created a 'posse' of five different female characters: Tori, Isabel, Santa, Clyde and Pip. These woman are based on different aspects of Tori's personality and are also derived from Greek gods and goddesses. Each of the songs on the album are sung from one of the character's perspectives. "Smokey Joe" is performed by Pip, who represents the Greek goddess of war, wisdom and strategy, Athena.
6. In which song does Tori mention, "GREG he writes letters"?

Answer: Pretty Good Year

The song "Pretty Good Year", is from Tori's 1994 album "Under the Pink". It was inspired by a letter Tori received from a young English fan named Greig, who wrote to the singer despairing about how he just didn't know what women wanted. For the song she changed the boy's name to Greg.

"Precious Things" is from Tori's 1992 debut solo album "Little Earthquakes". In the video release for "Little Earthquakes", Tori tells the story behind the song. She describes how, when she was 12 years old, she had a crush on a boy and wrote a song about him, which she was going to perform at an assembly in front of the whole school.

The boy threatened to beat her up if she went ahead with it. She did, full of nerves, and the boy didn't beat her up, but told her it actually wasn't as bad as he thought it would be.

Damien Rice provides guest vocals for Tori's song "The Power of Orange Knickers" found on the 2005 album "The Beekeeper". Damien Rice is a singer-songwriter from Ireland whose albums include 0, 9 and Live at Union Chapel. Tori sings with Trent Reznor on the track "Past the Mission" from her 1994 release "Under the Pink".

She collaborated with BT in 1996, providing vocals for the song "Blue Skies". Maynard James Keenan appears on stage with Tori singing "Muhammad My Friend" at a 1997 concert held at the Madison Square Garden Theatre, which was recorded for the video "Tori Amos: Live from NY".
