This was a double-ended train, meaning it could ran in either direction without the need to turn round at each terminus. It had three cars and ran from 1935 until 1951. It was also one of the first US trains to have separate smoking and non-smoking sections.

This train, which ran from Denmark and Germany, was named after the Roman God Mercury, the God of travelers and traders. It ran from 1953 until 1991. It had fine dining cars but no sleeping cars.

The Nevsky Express is a train that runs between Moscow and St. Petersburg. It runs every day and takes a little more than four hours to make its trip. It started running in 2001.

This Mexican train is one of the biggest tourist attractions in the country. It goes over 35 bridges and through 86 tunnels on its 418 mile trip. A trip on this train takes 16 hours.
