Answer: Navassa Island

Navassa Island is administered as an unincorporated and unorganized territory of the United States. The official flag is the US flag, as it is for all US minor outlying islands. An unofficial flag designed for a World War II memorial at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii on December 7, 2001 is also used.

It pictures a profile of the island and its lighthouse on a field of white and blue. American Samoa is another unincorporated and unorganized territory of the US. Its flag, adopted in 1960 to replace the "Stars and Stripes" as the official flag of the territory, is blue with a white triangle edged in red.

A brown and white American bald eagle flies toward the hoist side. New Caledonia flies the French flag. South Georgia and South Sandwich Islands is an overseas territory of the UK, also claimed by Argentina.
