Dominic Greene is the main villain of the movie, he helps re-stabilize General Medrano's Bolivia Government for him. Greene intends to take a major water bed in a sinkhole blown in the middle of Bolivia, which is almost over about 60% of Bolivia's water supply.
Dominic is first seen in the Haiti Docks doing his accounting business while Camille storms in his "peace room".

Answer: Head of MI6

M is the head of MI6. She usually tries to get Bond to stop killing off every lead they've got, and she tries to remove him from his duties.
M is played by Judi Dench.
Judi Dench has played roles in movies such as "Henry V" as Mistress Quickly, "Mrs. Brown" as Queen Victoria, and "Tea With Mussolini" as Arabella.

Answer: It falls down into a small pile of glass shards.

Surprisingly, when Bond elbows Mitchell it falls out of Bond's grip and into a pile of glass shards on the ground below. Bond is able to recover it when his leg is tied and stretches his arm out just enough to reach his gun.

Answer: Motor oil in his stomach and two bullets in the back of his skull

When Bond has finished his questioning with Vesper's boyfriend, M keeps him updated about Greene. Since they find motor oil in his stomach and Bond had made that happen, M asks if he knows anything about it, but he lies and says that he doesn't.

Answer: Daniel Craig

Daniel Craig was born in Chester according to him in an interview.
He has also played roles in movies such as "Munich" as Steve, "Lara Croft: Tomb Raider" as Alex West, and "Layer Cake" as XXXX.
Daniel plays Bond in a very naive, subtle, and yet violent way at times, though he had said that he was nervous playing as a new Bond. Daniel Craig got through "Quantum of Solace" with help and tips by former Bond actor Pierce Brosnan.

Answer: She is dipped in oil.

When Bond and Camille enter the hotel in Haiti, Bond gets a note saying "run". Bond enters his room finding M and probably an MI6 agent. When Bond enters the bedroom, he finds Strawberry Fields dipped in oil. Bond has already realised that Greene had done that, but he doesn't know why.
Unfortunately, the movie does not tell us the exact time, events, and location of the tragedy.

Answer: Aston Martin DBS V12

The Aston Martin DBS V12 makes an appearance in the pre-title chase scene where Bond drives along Lake Garda with his Heckler and Koch UMP-9 Submachine gun hung at the side, trying to evade capture from the last incoming wave of Mr White's pursuing men.
His car is a silver limited edition, but sadly we only see his car once in the pre-title chase scene roughly damaged, though, so probably his car is unavailable for repairs.

Answer: "You and I had mutual friends!"

When Bolivian Police Colonel Carlos' Jeep is about to leave the Eco Hotel, Bond quickly jumps off the roof and onto the roof of his Jeep. He then yells this line before shooting Carlos.
The Colonel just looks at him and says nothing at all. Bond then shoots him to avenge Mathis' death because he holds Carlos responsible.

Answer: Elvis

If you look at the end credits closely, it will tell you Elvis is played by Anatole Taubman. Also stating in Wikipedia, Elvis is Greene's Cousin. During Eco Hotel's party MI6 Agent Strawberry Fields trips him down stone stairs, from which his injuries require him to wear a neck brace.
Elvis is mainly Dominic's henchman and nothing more.

Answer: Yusef Kabira

We find out his name after Bond brings Mr. White from his estate for questioning, and that the corpse that looks like Kabira was bitten up by a fish, but we see him with a Canadian Agent Corrine at the end of the film.
Yusef is a Russian that works for Quantum Terrorist Organization to make other agents a double agent to get Quantum information.
