Saint Lucia is an independent country which is part of the Windward Islands chain. Castries is the capital and largest city of Saint Lucia; Gros Islet is one of the island's districts, with Rodney Bay being both a town and bay located within this district; Soufriere is a town in the southwest of the island.
2. On which Caribbean island can Bathsheba, Oistins, Speightstown and Holetown be found?

Answer: Barbados

Barbados is the easternmost island in the Caribbean Sea, and has been an independent nation since 1966. Bridgetown, which I didn't include in the list of four places, is the capital and by far the largest city on the island. Speightstown, Oistins, Bathsheba and Holetown were the next four biggest settlements in the early 21st century, but all four had populations of under 5,000.
3. All of these islands are constituent parts of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. On which one of them can you find Oranjestad, Barcadera, Santa Cruz and San Nicolaas?

Answer: Aruba

Aruba has been a Dutch possession since 1636 when The Netherlands seized it from Spain. Oranjestad is the island's capital and largest city. Barcadera is Aruba's main seaport, whilst Santa Cruz and San Nicolaas are among its larger settlements.
4. On which "Saint" island can you find the settlements of Barrouallie, Kingstown, Georgetown and Chateaubelair?

Answer: St. Vincent

Saint Vincent is by far the largest island in the independent nation of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Kingstown is the country's capital and largest city. Georgetown, Chateaubelair and Barrouallie are the respective capitals of the parishes of Charlotte, Saint David and Saint Patrick.
5. Captain's Bay, Savannah Bay, Sea Feathers Bay and Mead's Bay can all be found on which island, which is a British Overseas Territory?

Answer: Anguilla

Anguilla lies at the northern end of the Leeward Islands. Its capital, which I haven't included in the list of four places in the question, is The Valley. The four "bays" included in the question are all tourist beaches rather than towns.

Answer: Dominica

Dominica is an independent island nation located in the Windward Islands. Christopher Columbus named it after the Latin name for Sunday, the day of the week on which it was first sighted. Roseau is the national capital and largest town, whilst Marigot, Berekua and Castle Bruce are the respective capitals of the parishes of Saint Andrew, Saint Patrick and Saint David.

Jamaica is an independent island nation, and is the third largest of the Greater Antilles, after Cuba and Hispaniola. Kingston is the nation's largest city and capital. Guadeloupe is an overseas department and region of France located in the Leeward Islands, and consists of two main islands, Basse-Terre and Grande-Terre, along with ten smaller ones. The capital is Basse-Terre, whilst Pointe-a-Pitre is the largest town. Petit Bourg is located on Basse-Terre, whilst the other three towns listed in the question are all found on Grande-Terre.
