If you gather the corresponding symbols, you get Sa (samarium, #62 - the other symbol in use, Sm, would not fit in here), N (nitrogen, #7), F (fluorine, #9), Ra (radium, #88), N (nitrogen, #7), C (carbon, #6), I (iodine, #53), S (sulfur, #16) and C (carbon, #6).
